About the Role
CORE HOURS: MONDAY - THURSDAY 5am- 3:30pm JOB SUMMARY The Spot Welder is responsible for using resistant spot-welding equipment to weld metal components and fabricated metal products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits. Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers. Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade. Mark or tag material …
Responsibilities
- ✓Perform spot welder duties as assigned by supervisor at Bergstrom
- ✓Follow workplace safety and hygiene rules at all times
- ✓Work scheduled shifts including overtime when required
- ✓Report issues or equipment problems to the team lead promptly
- ✓Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- •Previous experience as spot welder preferred but not always required
- •Skills: Valid passport, Willing to work abroad, Reliable attendance
- •Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
- •Medically fit for manual / on-site work
- •Willing to relocate and complete visa process
