About the Role

Rate of Pay and Benefits: Electricians are paid a top hourly base rate of $45.115, plus applicable shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. The starting rate for this position is $44.915 with pay increases to the top rate upon completion of three consecutive months of employment. Responsibilities

• ✓Perform skilled trade- electrician- kansas city assembly (kcap) duties as assigned by supervisor at Ford Motor Company
• ✓Follow workplace safety and hygiene rules at all times
• ✓Work scheduled shifts including overtime when required
• ✓Report issues or equipment problems to the team lead promptly
• ✓Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements

• •Previous experience as skilled trade- electrician- kansas city assembly (kcap) preferred but not always required
• •Skills: Valid passport, Willing to work abroad, Reliable attendance
• •Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
• •Medically fit for manual / on-site work
• •Willing to relocate and complete visa process
